The course was excellent. Guides really helpful and encouraging. Achieved more than I dreamt of! I would recommend this to anyone who would like to have a go or to challenge themselves.

I attended the Climbing Taster weekend, Pure Outdoor provided a very slick course, from start to finish. My guide for the weekend was John, who is an absolute LEGEND, Excellent knowledge of the local area, very helpful and clear with instructions and also a good laugh. Can't wait to book another course. We have just come back from a weekend break with a 2 day course of rock climbing booked with Pure Outdoor. We were a group of 6 (3 couples) and we had the most brilliant time. Matty was our guide and everything was well explained. We did some bouldering and then moved onto ropes after lunch on the first day. He gave us some challenging climbs for newbies, but everything was done at a pace to suit each individual and everyone enjoyed it. We would definitely go back to Pure Outdoor again. We stayed at Carr View Farm, Riverside Dairy in Bamford which was a 3 minute drive from the Adventure Hub and the hot tub here was brilliant after a day of climbing to help with the sore muscles.
