Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Travel in a chauffeur driven private vehicle one way or round-trip from central London / Heathrow Airport to Portsmouth Cruise Ferry Port. You can catch a ferry or a cruise to various destinations such as Isle of wight, France and Spain from this port.

We monitor your flights and dispatch drivers according to flight landing time. Therefore no hidden charges.
This transfer is priced per vehicle, not per person.

Saloon car : Up to 4 passengers + 2 checking + 2 hand Luggage per vehicle
Estate car : Up to 4 passengers + 3 checking + 3 hand Luggage per vehicle

MPV+ : Up to 6 passengers + 6 medium checking + 6 hand Luggage per vehicle

Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Port. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
For Airport pickups : Request your pickup time after 60, 90, 120 minutes from flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. We are offering 30 minutes free waiting time from the pre- requested pickup time. Driver will monitor your flight and adjust pickup time according to landing time.
If you can not locate your driver at the meeting point, you must contact our customer service line or Viator.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Pickup at Portsmouth Cruise Terminal was effortless. Public transportation and group transport not a convenient option when going to a London hotel.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
