The prices are based on 1 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 1 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 1 to 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our private driver picked us up at the cruise terminal in South Hampton—he was on time, easy to find in a very busy area, and waiting for us with our names on a sign. He was friendly with a clean vehicle. The perfect way to get to airport.

We were extremely pleased with our ride from the Southampton terminal to London with Johnny last Sunday. It was wonderful to see him waiting for us with a big sign when we disembarked, and he was so helpful in taking our luggage to the car. He was a great driver and had some interesting things to tell us, and arrived in very good time at our hotel in London. It could not have been smoother or more enjoyable, and we really appreciate this great service!
Hope we get to work with this group again sometime in the future!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
