  • The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
  • If you require a bigger vehicle please book one additional passenger.
  • A good time to disembark the ship is between 7 am to 8:30 am, passengers who are going to the airport have priority disembarkation. It takes no more than 10 to 15 minutes to disembark a ship from the disembarkation time that has been provided to you by the ship, in most cases, you would be off the ship before your allocated disembarkation time. There are no customs or passport checks on disembarking a ship in the UK as this is done before arriving back in port.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My Transfer nos dejó en el aeropuerto tirados, no apareció el conductor y no nos dio más opciones. Tuvimos que buscarnos otro transporte y los agentes de la empresa muy poco profesionales . My Transfer empresa muy poco recordable. No contratarlos.
