Generally, the ships arrive at 5 am, with the first passengers disembarking at 6.30am.

The cruise company will give priority to passengers who have to catch flights at the airports. However, you should be able to select what time you would like to come off the ship, therefore if you wish to disembark the ship by 8am, it will be arranged for you to have your luggage and to be off the ship by 8am.

    We had a great experience with EC Minibus. We booked a private transfer for 8 people from Southampton Cruise Terminal to our London hotel with a stop at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. There was an issue at the cruise terminal that delayed our disembarking, but the driver, Joao, patiently waited until we were able to get off and was in the lobby with a sign for us and was easy to find. The van easily fit all of us and our luggage as well. He offered to stop by Salisbury Cathedral on the way, but we were limited in time due to our delays and didn't detour. Joao also helped us book a transfer from our hotel in London to the airport as well during our first transfer and was willing to come early at 5am to help get us to the airport in time! We appreciated the ease of using their service during our time in London, as we were a larger group travelling with kids and grandparents.
