When reached your designated transportation, your chauffeur will offer you a face covering (face mask) Antibacterial Hand Gel, wipes. HYGIENE PROCEDURE FOR OUR TRANSPORTATION: Leading to a new client/s boarding the vehicle, your chauffeur will sanitise the seats,door handles and all surfaces where the previous clients have touched. Once the vehicle has been fully sanitised, the chauffeur will then wash his/her hands again.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The service was incredibly prompt and professional. Our driver Awais, was waiting for us at the cruise terminal when we disembarked. He was very helpful with my father who is in a wheelchair, which we greatly appreciated. He got us to Stonehenge and Windsor, with plenty for our flight home. It was a great way to end our holiday!

I was picked up on time at the Southampton Cruise terminal by a very competent and pleasant driver in a spotless and comfortable car. The driver was extremely accommodating and flexible with anything that I requested for the entire trip which included a breakfast stop before going to Windsor Castle after which we continued on to London and another stop there for me to pick a London Pass before arriving at my accommodation. It was flawless from beginning to end and highly recommend the Castle tour and car service.
