Excellent day tour with a small group and knowledgeable local guide. Went as a solo traveler and had a lovely day in the Moors, Whitby, and train ride.

Lovely relaxing trip through the Moors and northern England. Whitby is a beautiful seaside town that definitely should be visited. Our tour group was very small which was wonderful!! The guide, Pete, was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the day and it was a nice break to go out into the country.

Wonderful tour. Chris the tour guide knows so much about the area and the place names and he makes it so entertaining and funny. The groups are never anymore than 7 people in the tour group, ours had 6, so you feel like you have full opportunity to ask questions and you get to know the other people during the day together! The steam train was the highlight for us. We sat on the very back carriage and went to the back doors where you can lean out to take pictures of the steam carriage going round corners. We had fish and chips at Abbey Wharf in Whitby which was delicious and took a walk out the pier. All the small villages are picture perfect and the guide will make extra stops if there is anything you particularly want to stop at for pictures! All in all I highly recommend and it's well worth the money, Google doesn't know half of what Chris does about this area!
