Very, very poor. We suggest you avoid, after waiting 20 minutes at a designated stop for a late bus, and then to watch it on their tracking app completely avoid the set out route, we then had to take a cab to make the changing of the guard. We’d planned it all the night before off their timetable. Then when we made the company aware, they couldn’t advise why and had no answers for us. They seemed unconcerned. Later, after Buckingham Palace, we approached one of their bus stops and was redirected by one their employees to a different bus stop. This happened to another couple as well. We then waited for an hour while we watched their buses stop and go from the one we were sent away from. Their tracking app wouldn’t show buses. Their buses only had one guide on the 5 we eventually went on. Drivers would just stop and leave the bus for 15 mins at a time with passengers on it. They would choose when they left, and when they detoured around scheduled stops. It was so appalling. You’d be better getting a day pass for the normal buses, or getting a black cab. For us, it was a waste of £75. Our black cab driver taught us more in the space of 10 minutes, and did it to a high standard.
