You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Fun experience with good afternoon tea. Fabulous bus, Could see enough of London quickly. One thing that was really annoying however was the music blasting so loud the whole trip. Music also had nothing to do with British tradition- seemed to be a random party songs list.

The afternoon tea bus is an interesting combination of English tea aboard a double decker bus while in reality the experience was less than great. The automated narration was sparse, barely touching on the sights we had passed. It was difficult to enjoy the food and drink while being jostled on the upper desk of the bus. I would choose to do a separate English tea at a nice hotel and later take a tour of the city sights instead of this experience. The team of servers and driver were very nice.

Top deck and top service! Had an absolutely great time. You'll get to pass the landmarks twice so if you miss anything because of the tea time, you get another chance. And you get to take cups and leftover food with you!
