We received very good directions on where to go to find the tour operator. It is about a few blocks from the cruise ships docks. The tour operator was also very accommodating when I by mistake made a reservation for the wrong date. They honored the tour for four people for a very small penalty - even though we would have understood if they charged us for the full amount. The description of the tour itself however does not match the actual tour. Our guide did not have a sign with our name (as we had been told) so we had to find him. It was actually a cab with a very nice driver but he did not really speak English. The description also says a tequila tour and a flea market. Not sure where the tequila testing was but the flea market is along the walk from the entrance to the blow hole. We would take the tour again if we go back but now we know what to expect. The driver was very nice and adjusted the tour to our needs.

We had a great time on the zip lines and suspension bridges. Our driver was easy to find and ready to pick us up from our cruise even though we arrived 30 minutes sooner than planned. He was pleasant and gave local information on our ride. We loved the zip line park and the crew there. This was a great value and much more convenient and comfortable than a shore excursion booked through the cruise line.

We booked a private tour to visit Pai Pai with our family (ages ranged from 1 to 94!). Our driver, David, was phenomenal. The directions to find him in the port were very clear and the transportation was very comfortable and clean. David was a very safe driver and provided interesting information during our drive. Upon arrival at Pai Pai, he informed us that we could stay as long as we liked. He waited for us in the parking lot. He was very helpful in providing booster seats for the kids as well. We had an amazing time at Pai Pai and David made sure to get us back to the port by the required time. He even went above and beyond to request port transportation for my 94 year old grandfather (to drive him from the port entrance to the waterfront). 5 stars!!!
