Great tour! They went over and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful tour. Stopped by shops & had delicious tacos. Saw a beautiful view of Ensenada.

We booked and paid for the Bufadora Private Tour for our cruise ship stop in Ensenada two weeks before leaving home. I reconfirmed the booking and clarified the place of meeting a few days before and was assured everything was set. We arrived at the meeting point described in the email 20 minutes before the meeting time and waited for 30 minutes past the meeting time. We checked with other tour guides around the area, but did not find our guide. One tour guide told us that the same thing had happened to another group scheduled with Ensenada Travel Tours just the day before. We are very disappointed, and it ruined our one day in Ensenada. I emailed the company and was told they would investigate what happened and give us a refund. It has been almost two weeks, and I have heard nothing and have not received a refund. Reputable companies do not behave this way. Use at your own risk.

we did really enjoy this tour with Alex. She was the best tour guide. we do really recommend to have her for any places in Esenada.
