  • CHECK IN TIME IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR.
  • Individual guest names, weights, and contact information must accompany all bookings.
  • Maximum individual weight limit is 300lbs. - 1100 lb. weight limit per airplane
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

I booked a helicopter tour, when I got there, we were put into a small plane. The pilot was not very animated. It would have been nice to hear more about Kauai and Hawaiian culture too. Lastly our tour was cut short, only got to see 1/2 the island because of weather.

It started out as a cloudy day but the pilot, Mark, maneuvered is around the clouds so we could get some spectacular views of Waimea Canyon and the Napali coast. Great ride!

Amazing experience! Our pilot Bubs was knowledgeable and friendly. The views were spectacular and highly recommend this trip.
