There were too many steps to retrieve the ticket. Every steps would say this is not your ticket. Retrieve booking Retrieve ticket in email. Print PDF, nothing I turned up at the Louvre and couldn’t get in. Lucky for me the staff at the reception was really helpful and actually had to make a call. Then been told that the ticket will be forwarded to WhatsApp. Never been told that my ticket will be sent via WhatsApp. This was a disaster experience.

The booking process (waiting for the email) proved to be very difficult and expensive as each phone communication cost an international call. The Louvre building was spectacular and we expected to see more European art. The entrance tickets should be provided upon payment instead of waiting to be in the UAE.
