    We just completed a 9 day tour with Lima Tours. The organization was excellent. We were met by a Lima representative every step of the way. Our arrival plans changed from a 10pm arrival to a 7am arrival the next day and they met us with a driver to our hotel. The itinerary was well presented and well planned and sent to us in advance. Someone with Lima tours contacted us every evening to review the plans for the next day. Every trip had a well versed, English speaking, tour guide who also made sure we understood plans - pick up times, activities, etc - for the next day. The vehicles provided were always, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The hotels provided were clean and check in always was smooth and timely. Our luggage had to be transported separate from us to the next hotel and it was always at the correct hotel as promised. Peru was beautiful. The food was wonderful - fresh, well prepared, good quality, well presented. The day tours we took showed the amazing things the Incas were able to accomplish without modern tools or equipment. Certainly a testament to their hard work, determination, cooperation. The views were breathtaking. Only negative we can mention was the trip to Lake Titicaca. While Pu no and the Lake were extraordinary, the bus ride from Cuzco to Pu-no was long. We would highly recommend a trip to Peru and can highly recommend Viator and Lima Tours.
