The Etna Food & Wine Tour has a relaxed pace and offers the chance to enjoy food and wine from the most authentic Sicilian tradition, while exploring the history of the cultivation of specific grapes and the production processes. Complete disaster!!! We booked a private tour and paid for it upfront. Then driver came late and my husband asked him to wait 5 min so he can put our luggage at front desk. When we came out he was gone. We made 500 calls to the company contact number shown here but nothing!!! No one was answering, no one explaining anything!! The worst experience ever!

One of the best tours in my life and I have travelled all around the world. Organisation is the first thing in all activities and they have a perfect one. All the little things and details show how much they care for what they organise. Absolutely stunning all the possibile customisations they let to do with no extra fees or worries. The tour itself is unique and exclusive because it combines traditional visits of small towns and tourist spots with the winery theme. Loved it!
