We sat out on the deck and enjoyed a couple of glasses of champagne. The Danube is spectacular at night. It was definitely worth it.

The cruise didn’t meet our expectations. We took a cruise with optional drinks, at the entrance we were met by the staff and there was a man staying with the welcome drinks. As the previous couple was offered to take a welcome drink, we thought that the welcome drink was included but were told in a very rude way that this was not for us (I’d expect the man standing with the drinks to be more polite and explain that we can buy the drinks upstairs). The second huge disappointment was that the cruise starts and ends before the parliament building that makes impossible to view it at night time. I was at the other cruise some time ago and it was MUCH better in terms of the route and viewing places on deck. That time we could take any place on the deck and inside and were passing by the parliament.

Lovely sunset cruise, shame the weather wasn't great but still very enjoyable. We were sitting outside and had a perfect view of all the sights
