If I could give it a zero I would. We stood out in the blazing heat in Dubai after we paid for the excursion and no one ever showed up nor did they call us. We called them over 100 times and no one ever answered. The reason I gave it even a 1 is because I did get my money refunded back to me.

The event didn’t occur because the tour contact was not available. We waited for long time but none shows up. That’s why the refund is requested.

What a lifetime experience to remember! It is really recommended. We were a bit disappointed in the beginning that the quad was not included in the package while the adds was mentionning it. But it didn’t matter, our safari guide, Emdad, was the best we could ever wish. He offered a top service! He was very kind and patient, explained everything clearly. You can see he has loads of experiences during the dune bashing, it was just perfect! The bbq dinner was a bit disorganised but the show was great! We will definitely come back.
