Really great tour once we actually arrived. Traffic was really heavy so we were 30 minutes later leaving the hotel than our time and the activity was a long way from downtown. It was NOT the tour company’s fault. My only negative comment is the significant language barrier. My very poor Spanish was a real problem even though the counter agent spoke reasonably good English. Fantastic air boat driver who was very entertaining. Fun for the family.

Very fun tour… Captain Tim was a great, funny tour guide in the Everglades. The only downside was the pickup and dropoff of the tour. Transportation was disorganized. Overall, great tour.
