The guides were both very knowledgeable and made the trip very interesting. Our driver was also amazing. It was nice to have the bilingual tour because I got to use a little of the Spanish I studied years ago...and was amazed at how much I understood! The pacing of the day was also good. I felt like I got a great feel for Washington DC. It was a great day.

This day trip was advertised as English/Spanish so we believed there would be both English and Spanish guides. In fact, it was a small minibus with one guide and the narrative was in Spanish. The original advertisement was in English, all the correspondence to me was in English (apart from the day before the trip), but the trip was in Spanish so we lost a large part of the experience as we didn't understand the guide. Having said that, we had a great day out; we saw all the sights we wanted to see and the guide was very friendly and explained as much as he could to us. And the view of the NY skyline lit up after dark when we returned was breath taking! We did subsequently request a partial refund from the organisers but they refused, saying there was the option to choose English or Spanish; I note there is now but there certainly wasn't when we booked the trip. So I would recommend it but be absolutely certain the narrative is in the language you are expecting.
