Worth the $8.00 per person, even in the rain. Got a good lay of the city. Could not understand the tour guide, even in English. Yellow bus. This is not a hop on hop off, just one stop at Turi, which was pretty, and a whole view of the city. About 2 hours and saw some areas of town. Not great, but as a first time visitor, it worked for us.

Very inexpensive and a great way to see Cuenca! Nice, clean tour buss with upper deck. Great Ecuadorian music played through speakers on the upper deck added to the party atmosphere!
