It was an amazing tour in Soweto with a local guide. The meeting point was easily reachable with an Uber, afterwards we walked around for 3 hours. There were lots of interesting information and also a museum was included. We finished with a local beer together with the guide which added a personal note to the tour. We recommend!

This was a bike tour around Soweto, with visits to the Mandela House and the devastating Hector Pieterson museum included. We biked around 10 miles/ 16km and our guide Phiwe have us an excellent introduction to the history and culture of Soweto. If you're in Joburg for more than a night, I HIGHLY recommend this - only the apartheid museum has been a more impactful experience to me as a foreign visitor to Joburg.
Street art, culture, history and a bit of exercise - what more could you ask?
