Extra Virgin Olive oil and honey tasting is held in three canavas (submerged constructions in the volcanic ash - aspa ) which are underground the main square of Fira !!  - 3 bio and extra olive oils - 2 honeys ( flower, pine) - little cherry tomatoes and crackers - greek traditional cold cut - traditional Greek drink "raki" - Small-group  limited to 8 people ensures a more personalized experience

    Reception at STOA Bar Restaurant. Our guests take a seat at the tables, where a variety of organic, extra virgin olive oils as well as two different honeys, flower honey and pine honey are served. There will also be a presentation about the procedure of harvesting , production and tasting of the extra virgin olive oil and, of course, our guests will have the chance to taste each one accompanied by crackers, bread sticks and cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and greek traditional cold cut , not to mention "raki", the local traditional drink. Other things to note Please watch carefully our bar-restaurant signs , we are exactly underground of the main square of Fira next to the fish spa !!!

This was a fun and informative way to learn about, and taste olive oil! The host was very friendly and welcoming! We felt like we were invited into his home as friends to learn about something he is very passionate about! This took place in his bar/cafe STOA. On its own, this is a great place to escape the heat and crowds to enjoy a well crafted cocktail! Great experience! Would definitely recommend!!
