When we mentioned we wanted to do an e-bike tour, our concierge actually tried to talk us out of it—said we could see the same things from the car. So glad we didn’t listen. Traffic in Sedona was a mess, and we would’ve spent the day stuck in lines. With the e-bikes, we zipped right past it all and straight to the views.
We worked with Braylen, who was incredibly patient and kind—especially with my sister, who was super nervous. He had her try a few bikes to find the right fit, and when she ultimately decided to back out a few blocks in, he handled it with total professionalism: refunded her, got her situated, and even then drove us to the drop-off spot to start our self-guided ride.
Before we left, Braylen walked through the route map with me a couple of times until I felt fully comfortable. The bikes themselves were a blast—those Sedona hills are no joke, but with a little throttle, we cruised right up. Even passed a few folks on regular bikes who were clearly second-guessing their life choices.
We covered a ton in just two hours—definitely the perfect amount of time, especially once the bike seat started to make itself known. ????
Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore Sedona up close without sitting in traffic. And if you can, ask for Braylen—he was fantastic!
