The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The word cataplana refers not only to the utensil but also to the dishes that are prepared in it.
The characteristics of this pan allow a wide range of dishes to be created that are a delight for all the senses and are good for one’s heart, as the cataplana enables little fat to be used in recipes.
Throughout this experience, participants will have the opportunity to discover all the potential of the most iconic utensil in Algarve gastronomy, and will learn to make a cataplana with
fish and shellfish.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My first experience and I have to admit that I had a wonderful time. Chef Margarida, a true professional with a passion and love for her roots, helped us and taught us how to cook one of their typical dishes, Cataplana. After the preparation, it was then served at the table. I recommend everyone to try it.
