Meet your driver at your hotel and begin your 2-day/1-night Merzouga Desert tour in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan or car. Head to Ifrane, known as Little Switzerland. Next stop Azrou, Berber village in the cedar forest, where you can observe wild monkeys. For lunch we will stop at the traditional restaurant in the Ziz Valley and then we will continue to Erfoud to explore the fossils and take beautiful photos. When we arrive in Merzouga, a 4x4 jeep will take us to the luxury camp. Drop off your bags and explore the dessert dunes, greet the camels and go for a camel ride to watch the sunset. In the evening, join the group for a delicious dinner, Berber music and a wood fire. Have fun and enjoy breathtaking views of the stars.

Excellent experience, the driver was really friendly. He took us from Fez to Merzouga and back, showing us the best scenaries along the way, and local music to make the trip more enjoyable. I would totallybrecommend it.

My boyfriend and I were only in Fes from Friday afternoon to Monday evening, and we were not sure whether we had time to see Fes AND go to the desert, but after learning we could hire a private driver who would make stops along the long drive and show us the sights, we decided to go for it. We are so glad we did. Having a private driver allowed us to fit this once-in-a-lifetime experience into our weekend without any stress. Badr was a true professional, and such a kind and warm person. We are so glad we did the private transportation and did not drive ourselves in a rental car or take a big tour bus with a group. Having Badr as our driver, someone who has done this trip so many times and knows the roads well (also in a comfortable vehicle with water) allowed us to relax, and take in the sights. Badr knew the best rest stops and food stops that we would not have known on our own, and having his Arabic language skills was of course very helpful for ordering food at rest stops, making purchases along the way (dates, head wraps for the desert, etc.) Beyond his professionalism and the convenience of it all, Badr is simply a kind individual who took our needs into account along the way and was pleasant to travel with. Highly recommend! Thanks Badr.
