This tour includes a pickup & drop off from listed hotels. The time for meeting point and place will be confirmed upon the reservation by email and/or text message.

Please note that our tours and transfers follow a fixed schedule and therefore we advise being at the designated meeting point 5 minutes before the meeting time. Failing to be at the pick-up point at the given time may result in missing the transfer. Refunds will not be issued for the missed activity or any inconvenience caused as a result.

We specialize in small private tours, but if you're coming with a big group, we are more than happy to accommodate you all. Ranua Wildlife Park is located one hour drive from the town of Rovaniemi in an Arctic forest. In the summer you can see nature bustling with life. You can see polar bears, gray wolves, geese, owls, foxes, lynxes, minks and brown bears playing in the forest. On this unique tour, you can see them bathe, eat and groom. After a guided zoo tour where you'll learn about animals and life in Lapland, we will sit down for a tasty buffet lunch.

We went to the Ranua Wildlife Park with Tania, and this was honestly an amazing experience. She took the time to walk us through each exhibit and gave us so much insight about every animal, their habitats, where they can be found, and how they relate to Finland and the Arctic Circle. I’ve never had such an insightful and dedicated tour guide. Tania was clearly passionate about what she does and genuinely cared about sharing not just facts, but also the culture and history of the land with us. This isn’t your typical zoo visit. It felt meaningful, thoughtful, and personal. If you’re planning to visit Ranua, I highly recommend this experience. It’s something that really stays with you and gives you a deeper appreciation for both the animals and the region.

It was a great trip seeing the arctic animals with a very knowledgeable guide who freely shared interesting facts about the animals.

Très bel expérience, le parc est assez grand, on y fait le tour en 2h30 à peu près, la visite n’était pas guidée, notre guide nous a donné une map et on s’est débrouillé mais il restait dans les parages et était tout de même fort sympathique. L’ours brun hiberne l’hiver donc on ne peut pas le voir mais pour le reste ça en vaut le détour surtout les paysages sous la neige ça en fait aussi une jolie balade, à des moments on se croirait dans le monde de Narnia ! ☃️????️????????❄️???????????? Le déjeuner était un buffet à volonté, on se serait cru un peu comme au self de du collège ou lycée. Mais c’était sympa ! Ps : ayez l’œil pour les rapaces, ce n’est pas toujours facile de les voir ;)
