Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Travellers from central Rovaniemi hotels are picked up from Arctic Lifestyle Safarihouse at Pekankatu 3, Rovaniemi. Pick ups are offered from Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Sky & Chalets, Santa Claus Holiday Village

Car or motorcycle driving license is required to drive a snowmobile
Pricing is based on 1 or 2 people riding on one snowmobile
Not recommended for participants with heart complaints, disabilities, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems or any other serious medical conditions
You must be 18 or over to drive a snowmobile
Children will ride on a snowmobile-pulled sled behind the guide
Participants under the age of 15, may participate as a passenger on a snowmobile, only if they are 140cm tall or above, and have booked at the adult price, otherwise they must ride on a sled behind the guide
Young children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times
Not suitable for children aged 3 and under
Operates in cold weather conditions, please dress appropriately
Subject to favorable snow conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our guide was so pleasant and so friendly with our two kids, he couldn't do enough for them, was interacting with them playing with them, so friendly, his name was Leonard shout out to him. The snowmobile was great fun and had opportunity to swap over for small bit.1 kid done kid snowmobiling and lenni left him have enough free rain to have great fun, it was the highlight of the trip for 6 Yr old. 8 Yr old very quiet /sensitive need time adjust and had great craic too! Again it was the guide that topped it for us. As parents travelling with 2 kids it's stressful and he just helped ease the kids into it.

Our guides John and Cristina took a great care of us. The locations they took us to were breathtaking and various. They took their time to make sure we were comfortable, safe and had the best experience one could wish for. Kids also had a vast space to play on their mini snowmobile and had lots of fun too after we all came back from the main trip. The excursion was finished with hot berry tea and snacks by a camp fire with snow falling outside our tent. The whole experience felt like a mini real arctic expedition and we loved it. Thank you to our knowledgeable guides for making it so special.

We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
