The Finnish salmon soup (lohikeitto, in Finnish) is the perfect soup. It is like a diamond of Finnish cuisine. The salmon soup is deliciously creamy and easy to prepare. At the end of the program, we will bake traditional Christmas cinnamon rolls.

This whole trip was a delight. From the pick up at our hotel to the spot out between two lakes where we did the cooking, everything was great. The salmon soup is a very easy recipe and comes together pretty quickly. We were amazed by how much depth of flavor came from so few ingredients. There were only two of us so the tour was only about 2.5 hours, but we enjoyed it and would recommend it for others.
