We will take you to see 50 different animal species, including the only polar bears in Finland. ‍We will start with a pickup from your hotel or apartment, no further than 10km from the center of Rovaniemi. Depending on the group size, you can expect a minivan or a small bus. This tour is created not only to see a far snowy land. It’s also a way to discover yourself, to understand how wonderful your day might be without gadgets, busy traffic, and annoying city noise. Entrance fees are also included! Ranua Wildlife Park is located in one-hour drive from the town of Rovaniemi in an Arctic forest. You can see the nature bustling with life : polar bears, gray wolves, geese, owls, foxes, lynxes, minks and brown bears playing in the forest. On this unique tour, you can see them bathe, eat and groom. After your self-walk zoo tour, you will have time to eat at the beautiful Ranua Zoo restaurant or buy souvenirs in the souvenir shops or some sweets from Fazer chocolate shop.

Tour includes a pick up & drop off transfer from Rovaniemi centrally located hotels and Santa Claus Village. Missing the pick-up does not entitle you to a refund of the price paid for the services. You are responsible to be ready for pick up at the assigned pick up point from the start of the pick up time in order to not miss our guides when they arrive to pick you up.

    Ranua Wildlife Park Wildlife Parks are popular tourist destinations, but we Ranua Park committed to other duties as well: care for endangered animal species, inform people how they can be part of protection programs, and nurse and care for injured animals in nature. The Ranua Wildlife Park team is specialized in northern and arctic animal species, which are also the main target in our protection work.

Ranua Wildlife Park is beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking, Mattia was a great guide, he was punctual for the rides, he took the time to explain to us different things about the animals present in the park. We recommend this experience with nordic adventures. Thank you ☺️

The visit to the zoo was very pleasant and interesting. We were lucky enough to see a lot of animals like a bear, wolves, foxes, lynx, reindeer and lots of other animals. Some were still in hibernation but that does not change the nice time we had. Brandan our guide was very attentive to listening and told us a lot of interesting things about animals. A great time I recommend.

We had an excellent time and our guide Victor was very friendly and made the effort to speak in our native language (French) to make sure everybody could follow I would recommend this agency to do the excursions in Rovaniemi and will keep their contact details for next time
