Pick up driver and also our tour guide lorenzo was very friendly and helpful..he made our trip memorable..beautiful ice sculptures that change every year. Loved the ice slide and the ice bar.

Leuke ervaring om in een ijshotel een kijkje te nemen. Wij hadden ook een drie gangen diner. Het eten was erg lekker en leuke bediening. De ijssculpturen zijn erg mooi. Iedere ruimte was in een ander thema. Ieder jaar is er een ander hoofdthema. Dit jaar was het wereldsteden. Erg knap gemaakt. Zeker leuk om te doen inclusief het diner.
