    We asked to get off the cart within 30 minutes. Not a pleasant experience, it all felt rushed …almost like pit stops. The headsets did not work properly and out tour driver yelled and was upset at a couple people in the streets. We did not feel safe. Would not recommend this at all.

    While the driver was very nice, the audio didn’t work. We couldn’t see much with the roof, the drive was sporadic and jarring. We all wanted off almost immediately….was a bummer of an experience!! We drove around for over an hour and learned close to nothing about Florence.

    We were hoping to see parts of the city outside of the busy tourist area. Instead we literally drove down the same roads multiple times. And they were the same roads we had walked the day before. He kept trying to sell us an “upgraded” version of the tour. I guess that’s the only way to keep from going in circles for an hour. And our driver didn’t speak English which was frustrating. You will literally stop for a second and listen to an audio description of what you’re seeing. Save your money and explore by foot.
