Join us for a hands-on cooking experience in the professional kitchen of an expert local chef’s beautiful Tuscan home – and pick up Italian pasta home-cooking skills that will ‘wow’ your friends back home! The day will start with your small group visiting Florence’s authentic and unique Oltrarno neighbourhood. Together with your chef, you’ll walk the streets buying the ingredients from small, family-run shops and market stalls. Then, after picking herbs from the rooftop terrace you’ll put on your aprons, roll up your sleeves and begin preparing your feast. The experience will end with a family style lunch/dinner amongst your new friends, with plenty of paired wine, ensuring a lively afternoon. Join us for a real Italian home-cooking class that you’ll never forget! Please note: For those joining us in the afternoon, we'll replace the market visit with a quick shopping experience for fresh products!

This was the most fun thing we did on our trip! Giorgio was such a fun instructor and made everything so easy to follow. Our group was also super small so we got lots of individual instruction. Would highly recommend this to friends!

This class was a highlight of our trip. We had two teenage boys with us and we all had fun learning and cooking with Girogio and Nicolo. The food was delicious, we all got something out of it and the space was immaculate and authentic. We would do another cooking class with them any time!
