Small Group/ Two wineries/ San Gimignano/ lunch/ guided wine tastings/ gelato world champion/ piazzale Michelangelo and more.. First we tour vineyards and cellar of an organic farm in the heart of the Chianti region, receiving an up close look at the production and ageing process of the Chianti wines and learning about the secrets of the extra virgin olive oil making. This experience includes a  wine tasting and the opportunity to buy for cheap the best tuscan wines. Our trip continues on to the  medieval town of San Gimignano, where you will also have the chance to try the famous world champion Dondoli gelato. We then move on to a second winery where we enjoy an authentic  tuscan lunch, combined to a wine tasting class. On our way back we stop at  Piazzale Michelangelo, in the top ten of the most romantic spots in Europe.

My best friend and I were in Florence for several days and decided to do a full day in Tuscany! We are lovers of wine, food, beautiful sights, good experiences, kind people and this really hit the spot. We were in a small group of 8 people and our whole experience was personalized. Our tour guide/driver/photo-taker, Daniel, was the THE absolute best EVER!! Seriously, he went an over and beyond to make our entire experience amazing. We were able to visit two winery’s, one smaller/family owned and one larger but the service was spectacular at each. Every wine we tasted was explained throughly and our glasses were never empty. San Gimignano wass so beautiful as well, and it had ton of places to eat/drink, and shop at unique shops with different Italian goods. I cannot express enough how much fun we had, how delicious the wines, cheeses, meats, and lunch were, and how this experience will be something we will NEVER forget. 10/10 recommend to any traveler(s) looking for a cultural, tasty, and scenic experience in the beautiful rolling hills of the Chianti region!!

Our group of 5 had a wonderful day touring Tuscany with our guide, Max. Max was knowledgeable and fun. We started our day visiting Michelangelo Square to take pictures of the amazing views overlooking all of Florence. Then drove to our first winery, Fattoria Poggio Alloro in Tuscany. What an incredible experience! First we were given a tour of the wine cellars, barns and vineyards by a member of the family that owns the winery. Then we were treated to tastings of olives, cheeses, bruschetta and wines on the terrace. The food and wines were delicious and the unforgettable views from the terrace looked to be right out of a movie. Our next stop was San Gimignano which was very interesting, and beautiful. The last winery we visited, whose name I will not mention, was not as nice as the first winery. Yes, the food and wine was good, but our group felt we were in a more "high pressure" atmosphere to buy their wine. None of us appreciated that. I almost gave this review only 4 stars because of this second winery. But Max and Fattoria Poggio Alloro deserved all 5 stars.

Our guide Daniel was phenomenal…energetic, knowledgeable, and knew just what to do to make the day perfect. Best tour we’ve taken this trip.
