We had a lovely time cooking and conversing with Cinzia! Started off with some cheese and onion jelly and wine for appetizers then made fresh raviolis with buratta, chicken, pana cotta and more. Cinzia is very interesting and a great chef and teacher!!

One of our favorite experiences in Florence! Cinzia is truly a great teacher and so kind and a pleasure to work with. Our meal was absolutely delicious and it is re-createable at home, even in just individual parts instead of the entire meal. The entire experience was memorable and we are so thankful Cinzia invited us into her home to teach us what she is so clearly very passionate about. We would absolutely do this again and recommend it for anyone traveling to Florence to try!
