I arrived to the entrance 45 minutes ahead of time only to find out that the ticket voucher had to be redeemed at a remote location 51 minutes away. Never made the tour. Halfway back to my hotel I had a call from Viator offering to meet me at the entrance to get me in. Too late. Should have just gotten in the long line to buy a ticket.

Skipped the biggest line! This was not a tour, but Marco was super helpful as he was able to meet us right out front with our tickets ready to go! So convenient. Worth it!

Great experience! Marco was kind and texted us with information on how to meet him to get our priority tickets. Highly recommend these tickets and going to see the David at the Accademia!
