We had the greatest day in and around Florence with e-dway! The staff is very friendly and recommended a tour that was perfect for us! The renting and returning process is very professional and quick. The App is easy and precise and guarantees that you do not get lost.

We had a really good time riding the Vespa around Florence. However, the explanation of how far the Vespa will go before needing a charge is a little deceiving. Also, they make you think it’s easy to charge them. Our hotel wouldn’t even allow us to charge ours, let alone a random restaurant, etc. We had to take the scooter back to the rental shop and it took over three hours for the bike to get from 30-70%. They wouldn’t give us another bike to take without us paying more. I recommend these for cruising around the city, but not for longer rides through the countryside like we tried to do. They also go very slow uphill.
