My husband wanted to go to this museum because his family was in the shoe business. We all loved it. It is really a tribute more to Ferragamo's wife, who took over the business when he died. But they not only have shoes and beautiful clothing displayed - they also have items from the 50s and 60s, such as a teenage's girls typical bedroom back then, etc. On the way home to the States, I happened upon a documentary on the airplane about Ferragamo's life, which was equally fascinating.

Only cared to see one room - the one with the shoes and clothes. It was closed as they were changing the exhibit. This wasn’t shared when I purchased two tickets for 16 Euros. I was told they would finish later and I could come back later in the day and they close at 19:30. Website also says closing is 19:30. I arrived at 19:15 to be told they closed at 19:00. Dear Ferragamo, how do I get the money back I wasted.
