Had a problem finding cart. Cart had a front seat for my wife with driver. I sat in back seat facing backward. This was a true golf cart, not a tour cart.

We booked this and got on our train to Florence. Once we arrived in Florence and read our emails we found they had cancelled on us saying they were sold out. There were 5-6 slots on both the hour tour and 1.5 hour tours all after 5 pm when we booked so probably they just decided to close early…?
It left us with no tour when we arrived on our 3 day trip. So moral of the story is don’t book if you aren’t prepared to be canceled on! They should have blocked all these times after 5 so we did not end up disappointed.

Giovanni, our tour guide, was wonderful! He was fun and very knowledgeable. He showed us the amazing features of Florence that we would have found difficult doing ourselves on foot.
