Annette was the best tour guide we have ever had. Her knowledge and experience of the history of Florence really came to the fore and she had a really personable manner about her. The Accademia is beautiful & Michelangelo's work is incredible. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and did a superb job of describing the history of the city & of the artwork. Highly recommended
