Lots of walking but totally worth it to see all the main sites in Florence! Annette was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and went at a pace that everyone could keep up!

We book tours wherever we travel in Europe. Out of approximately 15-20 in the last three years this was the worst. I’m reluctant to be unkind but the guide, whose English was fine, was an older woman. She rambled on and infrequently offered any clear insight into the multitude of artistic and architectural treasures right in front of us. She was unnecessarily preoccupied the entire tour discussing an older woman’s desperate need for a toilet. The guide continually identified this woman and her bathroom condition, publicly, on all of our headsets. Ironically, the guide was never able to direct this woman to a toilet until the end of the tour once we got to the gallery to see David. Our surprise at such unpreparedness turned to laughter then turned to anger as we realized our entire morning was wasted. We were held captive because she controlled the skip the line tickets to see David. It was a complete disappointment and for the first time we will seek a refund.
