Guide was difficult to understand with audio equipment. We waited 35’ in a long line (where was “skip the line”???) Our guide urged us to see the basement, which was good historical displays but you needed your entrance tix to get in and she didn’t give us our tickets.

Very busy, the tour guide was excellent, we only had a day in florence and felt this nowhere near long enough, you need at least 2 days to see and appreciate it, we will be returning soon

A little crazy during Holy Week! We enjoyed our guide Patricia. She was incredibly knowledgeable yet kept it interesting and was quite funny! We stuck around after the tour and she told us a story about the tiny door in the Doumo. One of our best guided tours.
