Our guide gave a great tour and we were very pleased. My only negative comment was that the person who checked our voucher and got our tickets was late, so we were uncertwhere we were supposed to be. I asked a very nice museum official told use where they usually would be and that was a big help. One suggestion would be to add to clarify the instructions on exactly where to go and what/who to look for (the company flag), as one couple waited by the road where the map pin was located as opposed to the entrance. A little clarity to the directions would be helpful.
