The Tour was pretty informative and the Guide very knowledgeable. This was my second time visiting the Cathedral and I learned a lot of interesting things about this incredible church. The experience includes the ticket to visit the Misericordia Museum which is located next to the Duomo. Totally recommended!!

A very well organised trip and skip the line tickets were so helpful as it was very busy at the Duomo. The ticket collection was smooth and took place at the site of the Misericordia di Firenze - the voluntary ambulance/paramedics of Florence. It started to rain heavily and we were kindly invited inside whilst we waited for our guide and able to use the facilities. Lovely people welcoming us into this lovely building. The excellent guide was able to tell us the history of the building and the Misericordia and after the Duomo tour we were able to return and visit the museum upstairs. This was very interesting and gave us an insight into the Misericordia. The Duomo skip the line tour was very interesting and we were very glad to not have to wait in line as it was a very busy day. The inside of the Duomo was beautiful and it was interesting to see the original church below ground.
