The guide was very good and knowlegable. The cathredal is spectacular outside if not somewhat disappointing inside. We did not skip any line. Had to wait on same line as everyone else.

Highly recommend. It was great! Meeting point was easy to find, the guide was excellent, and we were in the cathedral in less than 10 minutes by passing a huge line of people who did not have skip the line tickets.

This was horrible! I honestly have NEVER filled out a review, but this was a disgrace and need to be documented. The “skip the line” is a scam. There was an hour wait, in the line, before the tour even started, which was another hour. (The tour guide was just as frustrated, she told all of us to wait while she checked it out to see what the problem was, then we were told to wait in the line with hundreds of people). We were on a schedule to see other sites, I booked this tour because it stated it was an hour only. I ask for a refund, we couldn’t wait another hour, the response I received was the poorest customer service response stating that it wasn’t their fault because it was Easter weekend and this is what happens when it is a holiday weekend. No accountability, if they were aware and knew this would happen, then it should have been stated in the description prior to purchase. I’m sure many would have not purchased knowing skip the line was a lie. No one was happy, not even the guide, it was apparent she had no idea this would be the case. All in all, awful waste of my money, time and lack of experience!
