    What a great idea for our trip Pizza and Gelato Cooking Class. What a BLAST. We had several other families in our Class. Our Chef was a great Instructor. We made the pizza from scratch, we were able to put on our own toppings, bake it, and eat it. Then topped off with Gelato and a glass of wine or soda. Entertaining as well.

    Learning the details behind the making of pizza and gelato were interesting. It was fun making the pizza and gelato and they were both delicious. The gelato expert, Max, and the two pizza chefs are all very personable and they play off of one another very well.

    From the start this tour was enjoyable. Just a short bus ride put us in a beautiful venue in the hill overlooking Florence. The chefs, Chris, Thomas and Pizzaro were energetic, super, knowledgeable teachers with great senses of humor. The group was friendly and fun. I really learned a lot, the classes were hands-on then we got to eat the fruits of our labours! I would highly recommend this tour.
