Arton was a great guide. He was helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. He arranged a fantastic wine tasting and had several suggestions for places to stop during our time. He even took us to the train station and helped us find our train. Outstanding service!! I was under a different impression of the "tour" that we booked. It was more of a driver (who was great) taking us around Tuscany and showing us whatever we wanted to see. I thought it was going to be more structured and "guided" by an agenda, rather than us saying what we wanted to do. Had I known it was up to us to determine and plan, I would have scheduled events/tickets to see things in the surrounding areas, rather than "figuring it out" as the day went on.
