We enjoyed Vanessa’s tour of the city and her informative, friendly approach. This is an easy way to get a close view of the city without a lot of walking. The cart made everything very accessible! Loved that they could pick us up at the hotel rather than trying to find their location. Great job.!

Luca was fabulous--very knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting historical information and was very easy going and stopped and let us visit a few places and take photos. I'd definitely recommend this trip for anyone with mobility issues or limited time to spend in Florence.
