  • The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • This is a private service. Only members of your party will participate
  • In case of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will not be refundable. If you arrive with a new flight and consequently a new pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer
  • Any modifications or changes to the pick-up time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled pick-up time
  • In case of a flight diversion to Pisa or Bologna Airport, the booked transfer from Florence Airport will not take place and it will not be refundable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
