The tour itself was not very well organized. The segways were fairly beat up, which was reflected in their poor maneuverability. The tour guide seemed to know the city but his ability to translate to English was not great. This was further exacerbated by the electronic communicators that were provided, which lacked the range to go beyond the first segway, so most of us couldn’t hear the tour guide.

Mauro us the man who made our evening a wonderful one. The 2hr night your gives the most amazing views of Florence and Mauro is a great guide. He is polite, courteous and friendly. Machines were well maintained and this is a must do when in Florence.

Very mixed feelings about this one - while the tour was a great way to see Florence, the segways were not working properly which is dangerous! This was an evening / night tour and my segway did not even have a light, while the other segways did - I pointed this out to the tour operator but he simply ignored me. Everyone noticed the wheels of the segway were malfunctioning and the segway was not balancing correctly due to which I even fell! Our guide took several photos and promised to email them to us and we never received this!
