    Learn to make the famous Pasta and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Florence. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

  • Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Luca’s taught us cooking techniques, nuances, methods, and styles in a friendly and personal way. Recipes were selected to cater to allergies and all ingredients were fresh and of best quality. The end result was a delightful and delicious dinner enjoyed in a friendly atmosphere.

Carlo was AWESOME! Made the entire experience fun from start to finish, great conversation, got my reluctant teenagers involved, and best of all, taught us from awesome skills with ravioli and tiramisu! Highly recommended you make time for an event like this vice dinner out at a restaurant when in Florence, great change of pace and fun from a local. Got a great recommendation for dinner the following night as well!

Luca was a great host and excellent chef. Very welcoming. Took the time to explain all the process, had patience to teach us, location was easy to find. Our food was delicious!! Highly recommended
