The ticket was delivered just when the tour time started. I had a difficult to find the guide to provide the ticket and nobody to contact which added more stress. Hope the ticket can distribute 1day ahead and the visitor can have better plan for the tour.

This is a must see in the city of Florence of course. I cannot stress the importance of purchasing a reservation ticket ahead of time. The line for those waiting for a time slot was around the block. The displays inside are incredible of course. The museum is amazing regardless of seeing theDavid statue. There are other displays that are really more amazing than David.
