Easy method to obtain reserved tickets to Galleria dell'Accademia. Representative was on street exactly where described in email and via google map link. I'd actually reserved 9am tickets but arrived at 8:30 and was given a ticket for 8:30 - 8:45 which allowed me to get in immediately. Tickets are more costly than if purchased through the official Accademia website, however provided an option for those of us planning a trip on short notice.

The tickets were legitimate, but the process and instructions for where to receive the tickets could be better. As a result, we give this service an average rating. We received the voucher immediately, but the day-of pick up point to get the actual museum tickets was just the museum’s street address. We walked around looking for a store front or at least some kind of sign at the address given….but there is none…just a door to the museum that is completely independent of this ticket company. Eventually, a normally dressed man walked up to us in the street and asked if we were looking for our reserved tickets, checked our name off his list, and gave us tickets. The extra time looking around with no signs or better instructions on how to identify this man walking around in the street with the tickets nearly put us past the entrance time window on the tickets.
